There are several rules by which you can determine that a fish is fresh:
- the gills of a normal product are light red in color;
- the body of the fish should not be swollen;
- the meat is pink;
- the smell emitted by the fish should be free of ammonia.
For baking, professional chefs use semi-hard cheeses (Dutch or Russian), they melt well. Sour cream is better to choose oily and dense.

Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Peel the vegetables, chop the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots and garlic on a fine grater.
- Preheat the pan, grease it with vegetable oil, fry the onions. When it becomes transparent, add carrots, after 2 min. add garlic to the roasting. Stew another 1 min. and remove the pan from the stove.
- Clean the fish, remove the fins and head. Divided into two parts, remove the ridge and bones. Cut the resulting fillet into portioned pieces with a width of 2 to 3 cm.
- Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Put chopped pink salmon on it, salt and pepper. Put the frying cap on top.
- Combine sour cream with water and stir until it becomes a homogeneous sauce.
- Pour in a diluted sour cream vegetable hat. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
- Grate cheese on a coarse grater, remove fish from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese on top, bake for another 2 minutes. You can serve pink salmon with any side dish.
