The authorities of the Perm Territory, with the assistance of the Perm Greenhouse Complex society, have signed a contract for the implementation of a joint project. The main goal of the agreement of all four parties is the construction of a modern greenhouse complex in Chusovy.

According to the project participants, the scale of the complex will be impressive - about 24 hectares, on which closed-loop production will be carried out. In other words, the greenhouse will independently provide itself with energy for growing organic crops. We are talking about the production of environmentally friendly cucumbers and tomatoes.

“We are investing more than seven billion rubles in the project,” said investors. - This money will be used to equip the greenhouse complex with cutting-edge equipment of reputable brands. In particular, automatic climate control systems in greenhouses and technologies for cost-effective and high-quality crop feeding will be used. ”

The project participants, along with the construction of the complex, undertake to improve the infrastructure conditions of the territories adjacent to the greenhouses. In particular, it is planned to improve the condition of roads, sewer networks, gas pipeline equipment and electric networks.

The construction and commissioning of the greenhouse complex will provide jobs for residents of the Perm Territory. The project participants plan to harvest the first harvests of cucumbers and tomatoes in the fall of 2020. The organizers are sure that in two years they will be able to collect almost 20 thousand tons of vegetable products.
