This year, Azerbaijani agricultural producers involved in the cultivation and processing of wheat will receive generous state subsidies.

The amount of subsidies will be at least twenty-one million one hundred and thirteen thousand manat (over twelve million US dollars).

This information was shared by experts of the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, who initiated the issuance of subsidies in the indicated amount. It is reported that the corresponding decision was made as part of a meeting of the responsible commission of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Agriculture.

It is noteworthy that the allocated amount will be fairly divided among manufacturers from twenty-eight regions of the country. About one hundred and five thousand villagers and farmers will receive reimbursement of the costs for fuels and lubricants that were used in the cultivation of rice and wheat fields.

The calculation is as follows: fifty manat (approximately twenty nine and a half US dollars) for each hectare of wheat and forty manat (twenty three and a half US dollars) for each hectare of rice.

And here it is important to emphasize that the total area of ​​rice and wheat lands in Azerbaijan, which fall under the subsidy program, exceeds three hundred six thousand two hundred and sixty hectares in the total area.
