Next year, a large-scale construction of a new agricultural facility will start on the territory of the Moscow Region. We are talking about an enterprise that will focus on the processing of dairy raw materials and the production of high-quality cheeses.

It is known that the founder of the enterprise is the agricultural group of companies "ROTA-AGRO". The initiators note that the production capacity of the new enterprise will make it possible to produce six tons of ready-to-eat products daily, while processing over sixty tons of dairy raw materials.

It is known that milk will be brought to the plant from its own holdings in the Moscow region.

It will not be superfluous to note that the new processing complex will be commissioned in several stages. First of all, a workshop for primary processing of dairy raw materials will be built.

At the same time, an automatic system for the production of soft cheese will be installed, as well as a storage for finished products and a room for the ripening of cheese. The second stage involves the launch of the production of hard and semi-hard cheeses. At the same time, the premises for aging and storage of the product will be expanded.

With the opening of the plant, the region will receive ninety jobs. The implementation of all stages of the project will require investors to invest in the amount of six hundred million rubles.
