The Italian authorities decided to completely free and completely voluntarily distribute agricultural land to those families in which a third child will soon be born.

This intention was made to the budget project for the next 2019 year. According to the developers of the project, free land will be an additional incentive for both the country's demographic growth and agricultural development.

“To promote farming as a modern and profitable way to earn and develop your talents is our task,” the Italian government emphasizes. - Moreover, in the south of our country there are many lands that need conscientious owners. Desert reigns there for over 20 years. Now these fields are abandoned and unprocessed. Surely it is advisable to give them to hardworking large families. Thus, we can improve the economic situation in the country. ”

And that's not all! Those families that take free fields at their disposal have the opportunity to get a loan on favorable concessionary terms in the amount of about 200 thousand euros to buy a house in the immediate vicinity of the above fields. “The main requirement for applicants for land is from 2019 to 2021. they should have a third child, ”the authorities emphasize.

According to the government, today in Italy the following situation has developed: young people from different parts of the country are happy to join the work of the agricultural sector, preferring a meaningful and environmentally friendly way of life.

“Such initiative youth should be able to develop,” the Italian Ministry of Agriculture is convinced. “Therefore, we want to contribute to the development of farming areas and provide young enthusiasts with what they really deserve: home, land and a favorite thing!”
