Raw materials for the additive are supplied to the processing enterprise by Kemerovo shops, grocery stores, supermarkets and bakeries. In December 2018, the volume of such “bread donations” amounted to over 13 tons.
The essence of the production of the additive is that the stale bread and other ingredients are sorted, freed from packaging and mold removed, then the raw materials are sent to a special bunker, where it is crushed and fermented, and also “seasoned” with malt sprouts. Then the feed additive is dried, checked for compliance with state standards and sold.
Kemerovo craftsmen receive about one hundred thousand tons of feed per month.
