Selection and preparation of ingredients
The key product in the recipe is mushrooms. They are suitable in any form, but in the ice cream they are easiest to find. Defrosting the product is not necessary, it will be enough just to get the product from the bag and rinse with running water. It remains only to peel onions, potatoes and carrots. You can start cooking.
Frozen Honey Soup

Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Cut vegetables in any shape. The main thing is that the pieces do not turn out to be very large, especially for onions and carrots.
- Put chopped potatoes in a pot and pour water. The amount of water should be such that the potato is completely in the water. Cook for 15 minutes.
- While boiling potatoes you need to fry the onions and carrots. To do this, put the vegetables in an already heated pan. Lightly salt, 1 pinch of salt will be enough. Fry for 2-3 minutes. over medium heat.
- Once the onions become slightly transparent, add the mushrooms to the roasting. Cook for 5-6 minutes. over medium heat.
- After 15 minutes cooking, add to the potato mushroom mixture with vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook the soup for another 10-15 minutes. until the potatoes are ready.
- Put the vermicelli in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. If you want more broth, you can add some more water to the pan. Once the liquid has reached a boil, you can turn it off.
- The soup is cooked, but it needs to be allowed to brew for at least 10-15 minutes, so it will be much tastier. If desired, the dish can be decorated with fresh herbs.

Important! If you decide to still defrost the mushrooms, then you need to do this correctly. Any product that is effective at all should defrost slowly, so place it in the refrigerator. Such defrosting takes a long time, but the honey agaric retains its shape and does not lose its taste, as, for example, from defrosting by soaking.
