The first supply of chicken legs from the Russian Federation arrived on the territory of the People’s Republic of China.

It is known that the specified food arrived in Chinese open spaces in a specially equipped refrigerator car, the temperature regime of which allowed to deliver frozen chicken legs in integrity and without loss of quality.

It should be noted that the cargo was delivered through the Khorgos checkpoint, which took the refrigerator immediately to the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in the northwestern part of the People’s Republic of China.

According to carriers, throughout the journey, the refrigeration units maintained a constant temperature in the car — 18 degrees Celsius. The transportation time was five days.

Upon arrival in China, the meat was sent for examination and verification of all necessary certificates and supporting documentation. In the near future, the legs of Russian chickens will go on sale on the shelves of outlets in the urban district of Urumqi.

It is noteworthy that the export of frozen meat of Russian poultry to China is carried out in accordance with the protocol that was signed in the spring of 2019 between representatives of the General Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor and employees of the Main Customs Directorate of the People’s Republic of China.
