One of the biggest problems of the last season, the consultant called the inability of farm owners to properly organize and use human resources. And this despite the fact that the agricultural sector is currently experiencing a large staff shortage.

Thus, a lack of labor has led to a delay in weed control. During the harvest period, a lack of human resources led to a loss in the quality of the grown berries and a deterioration in the phytosanitary condition of the plantations.
