Dengoff AgroFamily company from Tetievsky district of Kiev region is preparing to launch mass production of koumiss and other products from mare and cow's milk under its own brand MLK PWR ("Milk Power"). Now more than 50 liters of koumiss are produced here daily, which are sold in local and metropolitan retail chains.

This was told by the founder of Dengoff AgroFamily Bogdan Balagura. “There are about 100 horses on our farm. In most cases, these heavy trucks carry out chores. But at some point, we thought that the mares give milk, and perhaps you can also make money on it, ”says the founder of the company.

According to Bogdan Balagura, first koumiss was made in primitive conditions in the kitchen of agricultural companies, and then they began to study and implement the technology of other enterprises, in particular the Dubrovsky stud farm in the Poltava region.

The head of the company says that koumiss is very useful and may well occupy its niche in the market of healthy food products.

Now there is a state registration of the MLK PWR trademark, and koumiss itself has passed a number of necessary laboratory tests, which confirmed its high quality and excellent taste. Soon, under the MLK PWR brand, they will also produce dairy products from cow and goat milk.

“We made a lot of efforts to create our own brand of dairy products. Subsequently, we plan to increase production by 10-15 times, ”says Bogdan Balagura.

However, the entrepreneur says that while the culture of consumption of koumiss and mare milk products in Ukraine is very developed. Therefore, Bogdan Balagura sets himself the task not only to produce such a healthy product as koumiss, but also to teach Ukrainians how to use healthy and high-quality products for their nutrition.
