Leading experts of the Department of Molecular and Microbiological Development, operating at the testing laboratory of the city of Samara, released the results of monitoring the food market over the past month.
So, it became known that as a result of careful research of samples of meat products taken at retail outlets in Samara, from the beginning of May of this year, about ten violations were revealed.
It is reported that a total of ninety-four samples of food products of meat origin were taken for analysis on shelves and in refrigeration units in Samara. In most violations that were recorded as a result of laboratory tests, we are talking about an increased level of bacterial contamination.
In particular, five samples of minced chicken meat and one of the samples of pork made by the forces of a popular producer in the region are abundantly "stuffed" with bacteria. All these products could lead to infection of consumers, however, a happy combination of circumstances allowed customers to bypass the infected meat and maintain their health.
As for the meat products, in which pathogenic organisms and other violations were detected, it was withdrawn from sale and sent for additional research to the General Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Samara Region. In the near future, suppliers of dangerous meat and manufacturers of products with violations will face serious litigation.
