- Wash and sterilize the bucket.
- Peel the garlic, wash the greens.
- Cucumbers are laid out in a bucket, each layer is sprinkled with herbs and spices.
- The last layer spread all the leaves along with dill.
- Take a three-liter jar, pour salt into it and fill it with water. All is stirred until completely dissolved. The brine is poured into a bucket. If there is little water, repeat the procedure until the liquid covers the vegetables.
- The bucket is covered with a lid or a large plate, on top of which they put oppression. The container itself is placed in a wide basin in a cool room for three to five days.
Important! The bucket is not completely filled with vegetables. It is advisable to leave 10 centimeters.
Cucumbers prepared according to this recipe turn out crispy. Before use, it is advisable to wash them from brine. In all the recipes described, salting takes place either in a plastic or enameled bucket.
Features of storage of blanks
Pickles are stored in a cool dark place. This is necessary so that neither sunlight nor temperature stimulate the fermentation process. So that the aroma of salting does not hover throughout the apartment, the container must be hermetically sealed.
