- Cut any chicken meat (fillet, ham or brisket) into portions (fillet — into 3 parts), salt and pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and put the meat in it. Fry pieces on both sides until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes on each side).
- Finely chop the onion while the chicken is fried.
- Cut mushrooms arbitrarily: can be in small slices, or can be in large pieces.
- Remove chicken from the pan and place onions in it. Add butter here. Mix well.
- Add mushrooms to the onion, salt, pepper and mix well again.
- Place cream cheese to fry and crush thoroughly until pasty. Pour 400 ml of water.
- Stir the sauce thoroughly and bring to a boil. Pieces of chicken in boiling sauce and cook for about 20 minutes.
- If desired, you can sprinkle with chopped herbs.

- Bring water to a boil, salt and send spaghetti. Cook for about 8-10 minutes.
- Cut onions and mushrooms in half rings.
- Grind the chicken breast into small pieces.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into a preheated pan and fry the onions (2-3 minutes).
- Place the mushrooms in the fried onions. Fry until the liquid evaporates and the mushrooms are browned. Pour the finished frying into a separate bowl.
- Pour oil into the pan and place the chicken meat. Stir, fry the slices for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mushroom frying to the meat. Salt, pepper, add 1 tbsp. l flour and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the cream into the dish, mix, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. over minimal heat.
- Put spaghetti on a plate, and top with meat and mushroom sauce.

- Put pieces of meat on a preheated grill pan and fry for 1 min. from each side.
- Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg to the onion, mix.
- Pour in the cream. Optionally, add 0.5 tbsp to the sauce. green canned peas.
- Transfer the chicken to the gravy and let it warm up for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds on top.
