In the very near future, one of the largest Far Eastern state farms intends to send several fruit and vegetable commodity items to the foreign market.
We are talking about the state farm "Teplichny", which operates on the territory of the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Based on the information released by the press service of the Sakhalin Oblast Administration, the administration of the agricultural enterprise decided to arrange the supply of twenty-six vegetable crops to the market of the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.
In order to carry out what was planned, the state farm plans to at least double the area of greenhouse complexes in which vegetables are grown in closed ground.
It is known that the Teplichny state farm is subordinate to the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Sakhalin Region. The company is one of the main suppliers of fruit and vegetable greenhouse products to the Sakhalin and Kuril market.
It also sends fresh goods to Yakut, Khabarovsk and Kamchatka consumers. A wide assortment of products is presented by Teplichny and in retail outlets of Primorye. However, the management of the state farm does not plan to rest on its laurels and intends to expand its trading horizons.
Therefore, soon six existing greenhouse facilities in the company's assets will complement two more greenhouses. It is noteworthy that in addition to greenhouses, an energy center will be built on the basis of the state farm, which will be provided exclusively by Teplichny, as well as a center for distribution and processing of crops.
These and other innovations will allow the state farm to increase annual productivity up to ten thousand tons (from the currently available seven thousand tons).
